Finance Director
- Develops, assembles and coordinates the agency and affiliated tax credit project annual budgets and all financial reporting for the agency.
- Oversees accounting functions, procedures and policies, including payroll and reporting.
- Oversees annual audit preparation and compliance for the agency, tax credit projects and non-profit affiliates.
- Responsible for all tax reporting for the agency, tax credit projects and non-profit affiliates, W-2’s, 941’s, 990’s, 1099’s, and related income tax return forms, etc.
- Interprets government housing directives and relates procedural information to staff; develops plans to meet HUD regulations.
- Assists with the annual preparation of the MTW Plan and MTW Report.
- Investigates the usage, condition and needs of Lincoln Housing Authority-owned property and real estate; initiates necessary action to sell existing properties and buy new properties when approved by the Executive Director.
