Position Summary

This position oversees administrative, operational, and support functions, allowing accountants and partners to focus on client service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a professional services environment.

Qualifications - Required

  • 3+ years of administrative or office management experience (professional services preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Qualifications - Preferred

  • Experience in an accounting, legal, or professional services firm
  • Familiarity with accounting firm software (e.g., QuickBooks, CCH, Thomson Reuters, Practice CS, etc.)
  • HR or payroll administration experience
