This position oversees administrative, operational, and support functions, allowing accountants and partners to focus on client service. Qualifications - Required
- 3+ years of administrative or office management experience (professional services preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Qualifications - Preferred
- Experience in an accounting, legal, or professional services firm
- Familiarity with accounting firm software (e.g., QuickBooks, CCH, Thomson Reuters, Practice CS, etc.)
- HR or payroll administration experience
