Director of Finance

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Director of Finance to lead our finance team in the Incentive Travel and Meetings industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles, as well as experience in our industry and a passion for driving growth and profitability.

The Director of Finance will be responsible for all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, payroll, and accounting. They will work closely with other departments to ensure the financial health of the organization and provide guidance and strategic insight to the Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, payroll and accounting
  • Develop and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial reporting
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all financial statements and reports
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other financial institutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA designation preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in finance
  • Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
  • Experience in financial modeling and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in using QuickBooks
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
