The Finance Director works with considerable independence, particularly on the policy and administrative aspects, with recommendations presented and reviewed with policymakers. This position develops work methods, processes, and projects for the department while leading professional, skilled and semi-skilled finance team members. Will also provide explanation of procedures and policies to employees, city departments, and policymakers.
