Lamp Rynearson, Inc., a civil engineering, survey, planning, and consulting firm with a solid reputation for its recognized clients, projects, and people, is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of part-time Accountant in its Omaha office.

Qualifications include… Five years’ experience in accounting. Excellent mathematical skills. Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, and accounting software. Ability to work well with different personalities and professional styles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Ability to handle and coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Duties & Responsibilities include… Process accounts payable invoices. Review employee expense reports. Process cash receipts and lien waivers. Reconcile bank accounts as assigned Month end journal entries and reconciliations, as assigned. File business registrations and research new registrations needed. Serve as back up for expense and per diem payments. Serve as back up for accounts payable payment processing.
