Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor & Controller, this position is responsible for the fiscal year closing of the University’s financial records, contact with external auditors, and the review or development of financial/budgetary analyses. Position directly supervises financial services functions responsible for the indirect cost rate calculation and negotiation, service center rate establishment, external reporting, university cost issues, unrelated business income tax, miscellaneous tax items, loan/ endowment/ plant fund/ fixed assets accounting, and cash management/DAS interface.
