Law Firm Controller
As the firm's Controller, you will assist the executive team with all financial operations of the firm, from internal financial reporting to the annual budget process. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a detail-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, direction and coordination of all accounting, banking and payroll functions of the firm.
- Prepare internal financial documents (e.g. cash receipt reports, accounts receivable/payable reports, client receipt allocation, billable time reports, work in progress reports, timekeeper reports, projections)
- Manage the annual budget process, 401(k) plan, medical reimbursement plan and other employee benefits
- Prepare monthly billing invoices and assist insurance renewals
Qualifications
- 5 or more years’ experience as a controller, accounting manager or similar position within an organization. Previous experience at another law firm is highly valued
- Proficiency in Tabs3 practice management software and Paycom payroll software is a plus
- Capability to work on multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining proficiency
