Accounting Manager

Are you ready for the next step in your Accounting career? Lincoln Electric System (LES) is looking for a motivated accounting professional to join its Financial Services team as an Accounting Manager. We are seeking someone comfortable with financial reporting, directing and reviewing general ledger accounting activities, accounts payable, and payroll. Specific responsibilities include financial accounting, analysis and reporting, annual financial report development, external audit support and coordination, asset management, accounts payable, payroll, managing and mentoring staff, strategic planning as part of the FS Management Team, and assisting with overall policy and procedure development. Consistent and reliable attendance is required. This is not a remote position.

• Provides strategic leadership to department staff 
• Prepares and manages the completion of financial statements, reports, presentations and other communications for key stakeholders
• Oversees and manages external audit services
• Manages and monitors payroll administration 
• Manages and monitors the processing of all accounts payable functions ensuring compliance with policies

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in related field and progressively responsible experience in area of assignment, including some supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
