Senior Financial Accountant

Serve as primary accountant for cost center setup and organizational changes. Review service center budgets, analyze charges, and provide training to new employees that work with service centers. Assist the Director of Accounting and Finance with Unrelated Business Income Tax (UBIT) issues and training. Assist with annual financial statement audit as needed. Calculate annual self-insurance and building/contents insurance distribution to campus departments. Prepare the Facilities and Administrative Rate Proposal. Serve as the primary subject matter expert to cross walk the student account data to the financial accounting system (SAP). Assist with implementing and maintaining the financial entries on the new Incentive Based Budget Model.
