Overview

The opportunities for women to advance in the profession are greater than ever. It’s time to take advantage of these opportunities and use them in both our professional and personal lives to educate and elevate ourselves, others, and our organizations.

The NESCPA’s Women in Accounting Summit will include sessions on leadership, management, and best practices to enhance the skills and potential of women leaders within the accounting and finance community. You will gain:

• A deeper understanding of the state of women in the profession and where we need to be;
• Actionable tips on how to manage yourself and others to prevent burnout and provide flexibility in the accounting workplace;
• Skills to uncover unconscious bias and learn to live your life with purpose;
• Insight on how you can discover an incredible, innovative way of living and take control of your work and personal life.

You will leave this conference revitalized, inspired, and ready to take on the world.
